Former FBI Director, James Comey, has become increasingly political since he was removed from his office by now President Trump.  As Trump continues to lay into him for his incompetence Comey has fired back for sake of not being humiliated and looking weak.  This tirade has only increased his commentary as it has become more characteristically political.  James Comey turned his now turned political thoughts to Twitter to not only challenge Trump, but to pull one over on the Republican led Congress.  He stated, “This Republican Congress has proven incapable of fulfilling the Founders’ design that ‘Ambition must … counteract ambition.’ All who believe in this country’s values must vote for Democrats this fall. Policy differences don’t matter right now. History has its eyes on us.”

I am not confounded that he would have the urge to tweet this out.  He is a part now of the opposition politics association, headed mainly by Democrats.  Democratic representatives have planted their feet in ground that has been fertilized to oppose and to be close minded toward anything that is contrary to their viewpoint.  I will not take notice to defend the Republican Congress or those that have come before because I hold mainly all of them to blame whether they be a Republican or a Democrat.  I will denounce Comey’s pleading because it comes from a place of ignorance and does nothing to create critical thinking and excellent citizenry.

Staying constantly and consistently in line with a party affiliated individual just because they have an R or a D by their name in lunacy and destructive at its core.  How can a country function and progress with such an invitation, a mandate if you will?  There is no function, their is no democracy, and there is no pathway to victory if all are engaged in such erroneous logic.  Where is the research into individuals?  Where are the American citizens actively engaging with members of Congress and their backgrounds to determine the best pick for those who will uphold the law of the Constitution?  Comey is only furthering the divide by placing the blame solely on the back of the Republicans.  The Democrats had Congress and look where it got us.  It brought more of a socialization to the federal government, a weakened foreign standing, and increased debt and dependency.  Yeah they really did a great job.

The former Director would have you be directed on your upcoming vote because he apparently is under the impression that he knows best.  You have to know best and you have to put in the work to know best.  I rather one not vote than to vote with the silly notion that an R or a D will save them.  They can idle away their days in that false sense of security, but I will not.  Let us be active voters and more than that let us be active citizens.  We are the country, not those in Congress.
